For one thing, you are in Simulation Mode, so only the Simulation accounts would be available. Second, you need to select the account at the top (in the "Available Accounts" section) and then select the "Add" button to add that account to the "Allocation Accounts (List)". Refer to the instructions here: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello Thanks for your reply Indeed it worked perfectly once conected to my live accounts. Therefore as soon I shout down Sierra Chart et reopen it. All those allocation are gone and I have to re-do the wholle procedure for all the accounts. Is there a way to save the configuration so I dont have to re do it every trading day? thanks in advance for your reply |

Once the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts is setup, it will stay in the setup you have defined. Keep in mind, the allocation is on a per chart basis. So if you set it up on one chart, that same setup will not be there for another chart (even with the same symbol). The Order Allocation to Trade Accounts settings are saved with the Trade Window associated with the chart. So to save this, you need to save the Chartbook: Chartbooks (Workspaces) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Im sure you heard this a lot.. but I had saved them all. Every new allocated account was saved. And everything went perfectly normal during my trading session. And yesterday night when I restarted Sierra all the configution was gone. you can see on my yesterday trade history that my last trade was only taken/donne by the master acount and all the allocated acounts did not copy the trade. |

Please do the following: - Start a new chartbook and one chart and in Simulation Mode add a few simulation accounts to the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts. - Save that chartbook. - Open the chartbook and see if the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts is still set the way you had it. If it does not keep the allocation settings, then set it up again and save the chartbook and then get us that chartbook by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile Be sure to tell us the simulation accounts that you added to the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts.
