Здравствуйте.

Не могу загрузить исторические данные для нефти WTI (CL) (August) и S&P500 (ES) (September) для Intraday чарта. Если открываю Historical Chart, то данные грузятся. Но мне нужна история на Intraday Chart.

Что может быть, подскажите.
В кабинете t4login.com галочки в additional functionality не ставил, мне сказали что это не нужно есль используешь сиерру чартс. В биржах выбрал CME и NYMEX с опциями Depth $5.

This problem has been resolved:

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

After the update you can then re-download the data in the chart by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

In regards to exchanges, contact CTS with questions about those. You will need to activate the exchanges through the T4 website that you want to receive market data for within Sierra Chart.
