Hello, I paid for Service Package 11 on Friday. I am not able to get real-time SPY data. Can you please help me understand how can i get real-time SPY data? I have put $14 extra in the account To update to Service Package 12 if needed for SPY, QQQ and IWM real-time data. Warm Regards, Darshan Patel |

You need to go through the Setup Instructions for the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange and eventually activate and pay for the exchange itself in order to get the real-time data.
