I cannot download any data, continuous contract data to be specific. It is just stuck on "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" forever. It worked in the past, since a few days it doesnt. I searched for other posts on the support board and tried the approaches that were provided, nothing worked. I have a Denali data connection for full CME. The symbol not downloading is NQ.
