Greetings, While figuring out how to set up quote boards and quote board alerts, somehow I did something that sets an alert for a NEW high/low on any ticker in the quote board. Today it has gone of hundreds of times for aapl (at every penny new high). I can't figure out how to turn it off. I have all my other alerts disabled. In the quote board, if i go to Alerts>> there is a line that has "Alert number for new high/low: 1" there. I can't figure out how to stop it. When I go the the alert manager, I don't see that alert to stop it. Thanks |

Set the Alert Number for New High/Low to None.

Okay. That didn’t delete the high low alert from the menu, so before your response I figured that was not the way to do it.

That will disable the high/low alerts, by setting that to None.
