Hi there,
I have service package 10 set up which I believe should give me the Denali Live Data feed but I'm getting 15 minute delayed data.
What else do I need to do?

Hi Mark, please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:

I've done that but it's still 10 minutes delayed on the ES/NQ/RTY though it is up to date for Dow and Oil.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.
