TPO not loading at correct time.

Hello, I have a TPO that is set to start at market open 22:00, however this only occurs when the software is consistently running. When the software is shutdown and restarted the data is only downloaded from the time the software is started and does not download previous data. all my time and data settings are correct as I don't have issue if the software is running continuously.
