Since this is not broken out, I have to assume that CME is getting, perhaps, $11.50, and Teton is grabbing ten bucks for itself. The service was free a couple of months ago, and you still advertise it as free. But it is not, obviously. Just stop lying about it. |

And exchange fees are not free. Why would you think an exchange fee is free? There is no such thing. Never has been.
