STOP & REVERSE STRATEGY

Can you build a strategy to where when you turn it on it does this: It starts out as an OCO order but has to move up say 10 price ticks to buy or move down 10 ticks to sell, After one of the orders are filled a trailing stop or a stop can be placed, but instead of closing the position when it is triggered i want it to reverse the position and continue to stay in the market.
