Hi:

I have tried logging in and out several times and connecting/disconnecting from Teton data but I keep getting an error message.

Am I properly connected to my data feed or not? What do I need to do?

I keep getting a secondary instance is blocking connection on my desktop. I have closed my laptop installation of sierra charts but I still keep getting that message, how do I correct this?

I have logged in to all installations of sierra charts that I have and disconnected both of them but when I try to reconnect my primary installation I keep getting "another instance is blocking connection" message.

I cannot get my desktop to connect, I keep getting the same error message. My laptop connects and disconnects no problem.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
