Hi, Please help me understand, how can i scann symbols only in current chartbook? I set 8 charts with 8 different symbols, each of those charts have different configuration for alert. (Thats why i need 8 of them) Now i want to run scann only for this charts with this settings. If i run any of scann it is scanning either watchlist symbol or all symbol in DATA FOLDER and it is doing it only on one chart. I want to perfom continous scann but on every chart in my chartbook. |

What you want to do is not supported. You have to start a scan on each chart individually.

Thinking about what you want to do: I set 8 charts with 8 different symbols, each of those charts have different configuration for alert. (Thats why i need 8 of them) You do not need to do any scanning because if you have 8 charts open with different symbols and they each have the alert formula, then the alert formula is continuously being monitored for. A scan is unnecessary. You do not have to do any scanning at all. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
