multichart not working in replay

The DOM and footprint isn't worry in replay. Actually 2 of 7 charts are working. In real time everything work's I've read the documentation "replaying charts" and have made the session time and loading days the same for every chart. Skip empty periods is off. I've read in the support board about replay but couldn't find nothing there that solved the problem. Any help? |

Double check this for every chart: I've read the documentation "replaying charts" and have made the session time and loading days the same for every chart.
And make sure the data you want to replay is loaded into each and every single chart by examining each and every single one of them, and making sure the data for the time range is there. Hello good evening, Thank you for your reply I have check everything several times again of that you have sent me but, The footprint chart and DOM is not working. All the rest is working. So have someone any idea? In attached file you have a screenshot left market profile working with the footprint and the DOM aside not working. Thank you |

The problem is you are replaying the September contract at a time when it was not active.
