Hi, I did a clean reset on my windows and for some reason I lost the backup I made which included my SierraChart chartbooks, studiesets etc. Is there a way you guys can retrieve this for me? It was all saved on this account. Regards, |

No, none of this information is stored on Sierra Chart servers. However, search your system for Sierra Chart files. Like files that have a .CHT file extension.
