footprint problems

I think the denali feed is activated what do I need to see the past footprint candles too. Unfortunately I can only see the footprint candles of today's candles and yesterday's only until 3 o'clock. The instructions are good but unfortunately I don't know what to enter in the 2 point where I have to enter the current selected service do you happen to know?

2. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
