I'm having a problem for the last few days where my DOM, and charts are not being updated / allowing me to trade. Its as if they are stuck at a point in time, and after some investigation, it looks to be the datetime I have under the >> Chart Settings / Data Limiting / Date Range & Limiting Method >> Date Range in File to (Read Only). Even my PnL is stuck from that time. I had this similar issue a few months back, but found a workaround where I could duplicate the single active chart with "Find Symbol" for my DOM and charting needs. Unfortunately, all have the same issue (makes sense since they were duplicates of the one that worked). I know I still get data because I can still connect to regular stock data (PLTR, USOil, AAPL), and nothing otherwise has changed about my account (also update to date). |
