Hello After being offline for awhile I updated my symbol in chartbooks for futures, and ai received the following message on my charts : 1 Download failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data. 2 Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.EPU23. ID:3 click for symbol information. |

You must have updated from an older version as well. As of version 2394 we no longer support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. In order to get this data, you will have to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Note that once you start using our data, you can have your broker stop the CQG data, unless you need it for another tool.
