Hello! I've been trading live and sim using Apex / Rithmic without a problem. I also have a live funded trading account with AMP. A couple of days ago I began having problems with my charts and I was sent the documentation to connect to my live funded trading account at least once a month. I did that yesterday but the problem has not resolved. I have no candles for June 14 but you can see all my buy and sell activity (pink, blue, white triangles). Even going back to June 9th you can see my buy and sell activity but they are way outside the candles so I'm not sure the candles are correct. I've tried deleting all data and downloading again and have opened and closed Sierra several times. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks so much. I've attached a screenshot of my chart. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1686825763646.png |

What symbol were those trades done on? It looks like they were done on the U contract, but you are now seeing the M contract for those days (note the Rollover Date Line on 6/14). If you want to see the U contract for those dates, you would have to NOT use a Continuous Contract. Hey John! They were the U contract so that makes sense. I can understand the trades showing as they are but shouldn't my candles be populating with Continuous Contract? There is so much data missing. Also, I noticed on my drive I have a Sierra Chart 64 (43,598 KB) and a Sierra Chart_ARM64 (25,944 KB). I'm not sure what the difference is or why I have both but it's taking up a lot of space. Should I delete one? If so, which one? I just don't want to mess up any of my charts. Thanks so much.

Hi! I have the same problem with Apex/Rithmic and also with 2 other providers which are using Rithmic. Everything was working fine until I rolled-over contracts yesterday. Current data is shown on SC, but no recent data can be downloaded. Once I try to "Delete and Download all data", there is a error message showing that Historical Data cannot be downloaded. Update: Seems the issue has been resolved, and now working since 09:10 GMT+2 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-06-16 07:14:57

Re-download the data for the last two or three contract months: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data Set the Continuous Futures Contract chart to use a volume-based rollover: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Continuous Futures Contract Rollover Options Also refer to: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Displaying Rollover Transition Times and Contract Months No we would not recommend this: Should I delete one?
