I'm not able to get to the page either (https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=Twitter). Also, the link to the twitter link in the account control panel is gone.

Twitter made changes where they now want to charge us to allow this functionality. This is not something we are going to do, so we are no longer supporting Twitter in this respect.
