Hi there,

I just bought package to have full access to Nasdaq stocks and I am unable to download history.

I have already tried following,

1) install new version of Sierra chart
2) change the chart setting to go back 400 days
3) delete and re-download data.

yet I am unable to get historical data. can you help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

The only thing we see is the following:

Having a non-continuous symbol as a continuous contract typically does not cause an issue, but we have seen it cause issues sometimes. Please set the chart to not be a continuous contract and then force a redownload of the data by selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data And Download".

Refer to the following for the Continuous Contract setting:
Chart Settings: Continuous Contract (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

I set the

Chart Setting --> Continuous Contract to None

and then "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download"

but no luck. I think I will cancel Nasdaq package then

There is definitely data being loaded. Can you please give us a screenshot of your chart so we can see what is there.

I have already performed these steps but I am not getting historical data beyond 12/9/2022. I would really appreciate if someone can help me resolve this.

What steps did you follow? It is clear, that the data is not being requested earlier than December 9:

Go through the steps here again:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data

And make sure you increase both of the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download settings, to as high as you require.

It's working now when I changed the Global Setting -->Data/Trade service setting --> Common setting --> Non tick Data to (no of days I want) and 1-tick data to no of days I want.
