Cant detach charts with current chartbook

Hi, i am trying to detached charts to other monitors but with the current chartbook i have it just dissapears. Could it mean the file isnt up to date?

So after you detach the chart, the chart disappears? It sounds like it is then appearing on another monitor or offscreen somewhere. Normally what the operating system will do is reposition it within view. Do you see the detached chart on the operating system taskbar. Try accessing the chart through the CW menu on the main window? Doesnt show anywhere on my screen. I minimize the main console and it isnt anywhere. When selecting it from the task bar it shows as a white box. Doesnt show in the CW option either. Screen shot uploaded

The chart should definitely show in the CW menu. If it is not in there, then do you have multiple chartbooks open, and is that particular chart part of a chartbook that is not active? Also, if you select the chart from your Task Bar, you should get at least a part of it showing on a monitor somewhere. Windows is better about not having windows display completely off screen, but it does still occur. i found it. It was hiding right at the top of the screen
