The Copy to Chart command under Edit menu used to work well in Windows 10 environment. After I click the command, the copied image will open up automatically. However, after I upgraded the system to Windows 11, it stopped working. After I click the command, the chart image is still copied and saved in Data folder. However, it does not open automatically. I have to go to the Data folder to find the chart image file and open it. How to fix this ?

The "Copy Chart" command does not open the file after it is saved. The "Copy to Chart.bmp" command does open the file. This is still working properly. If you are using the "Copy to Chart.bmp" command and it is not opening the file, then most likely this is due to a bad file association within the Operating System. Check to see what your .bmp file type is set to use as a default program to open it and either make sure you have that program, or change the association so it will open with a different program that you do have. Thanks for your answer. Just fixed it. Initially I set Photos as the associated program to open bmp file. However, although by manually clicking a bmp file, Photos does open it, Photos does not allow Sierra Chart copied chart to open automatically. By changing the associated program to Paint, I solved the issue. Now the copied bmp file opens automatically.
