New user one week into 2 week free trial. Have been unable to open any chart that has a price scale. Only the price of the last tick is shown. Hopefully operator ignorance. I have searched support community, FAQ and not found this topic. I have Serra installed on a Mac using CrossOver. Possibly some glitch from attempting to run Serra on a Mac, but hopefully there is a solution that I have found in 5the many settings. Thanks, User502974 |

We would really need to see a Screenshot of what you are seeing, but this is an odd situation (if you have not specifically changed colors), therefore it is most likely due to a MAC issue - for which we will not be able to help, but we need to see an image first.

John, Thanks much for responding to my plea for help, but I am unable to include a screen image??? The instructions for attaching a screen image in this forum are not consistent with Serra Charts I have on my computer. At best a link was produced but when opened in a browser window there is either a blank or black page. Using the Message Log link above I did post a copy of the log, below if of any value. Unfortunately, the Message Log doesn't give us any of the information we need, and everything looks fine in the log. We really need a screenshot. The built-in screenshot tool sometimes gives a blank image if you are covering up the window prior to it getting the screenshot together, or if the program is not maximized. The particular color setting you want to check is the following: - Chart Values Scale Text Color It looks like it is set to White, which is the same as your background.
