I cant see Market profile data

Earlier today, my market profile was working fine. I could se all the data from the profile, now for some reason, I can seem to see anything at all. I don't beleiev the issue is with tick data or any of those parameters, but I really don't know where the issue could be/ why i cant see it anymore. My other charts ar working, wher eI can see ticks/ candles.

Please can someone advise. It was working fine earlier today. I am routed on SC data if that makes a difference (but shouldn't since my other charts work fine)

You need to start by removing the TPO and ensure that the underlying data is good. If you do not want to do this to this particular chart, then duplicate the chart and then remove the TPO.

If there is an issue with the underlying data, then you will want to force a redownload of of the data for that chart by making sure it is the active chart and then selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

Once the underlying data looks good, then to ensure the TPO has recalculated, make sure that chart is active and select "Edit >> Reload and Recalculate".
