I just started subscribing to your Stock data and each morning I'm getting bad prints in SPY and QQQ pre-cash session open. Why is this happening? Thank you, Roy |

And it is really not true that there are such things as "bad prints". The data that you see is definitely valid. But we cannot know for sure what you are referring to from those images which are so complex they are illegible to us. There are prices transmitted by the exchange, which can be out of range from the typical values, outside of regular trading hours. The data is what it is. We have no control over that. It is very unlikely we can do anything to help you. And it does not matter what you see elsewhere. The data is valid. However, make sure you are not including odd lots: Chart Settings: Include Odd Lot Equity Trades (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu) And make sure this option is set to No: Data/Trade Service Settings: Process Known Odd Lot Equity Trades for DTC Services (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
