This has been resolved. Follow the instructions here: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. Actually we can still see a problem with some of the symbols. For now just do not include the evening session until we look into this some more.

it doesn't work. if i delete and download to the same chart it remain the same. WHEN i create a new chartbook and download the same ticker it works. but when i set session fromm 00:00 to 23:59 the error reappear. so i delete the file from the directory \data and redownload it but it is the same!!!! can you take me in control with teamviewer? |

Yes of course! The NYSE transmitted erroneous data last night after the close! this data was from the exchange! We developed a filter this morning for it but it is not working as expected.
