Hi, I have been using Sierra Chart (SC) as my charting platform along with Rithmic Data feed because I have 2 funded accounts with Apex. Everything was working great until yesterday. However, when I logged in today, I encountered a warning message stating 'Can't download data permission denied.' Initially, I thought the issue might be related to Rithmic data, but when I logged into NinjaTrader, everything appeared normal. Therefore, I can rule out incorrect username or password as the cause of the problem. Now, I'm wondering if Denali Data Feed could be the issue because I used to subscribe to Denali Data Feed but I no longer use it so I let it deactivate on its own. Here are the steps I have taken so far to troubleshoot: Updated SC to the latest version Reentered my username and password Updated global symbols from the server Turned off the 'Allow SC data feed' option Unfortunately, despite these attempts, the problem persists. Please help |

The Permission Denied error comes from Rithmic.
