Fxcm FIX Trading credentials

Hi I just wanted to confirm, I've received fxi credentials from fxcm but they have also said I need to fill out an LOD form. Is this correct or should Sierra charts work off their app credentials. If so I don't seem to be able to connect and trade. Help Ahmed |

LOD we think means letter of direction form. We do not think you would need that. You should be able to connect to FXCM using the FIX connection information provided.
