Transferring Studies from one subinstance to another

I am trying to transfer some studies from one subinstance to another. I thought that when i closed the platform down and restarted it the the studies would show up in the main instance but they did not. i also tried to send the chartbook file while my main instance and other suninstances were running and i could not find the chartbook in any of the instances after trying to send it this way. Finally i tried to find the chartbook in file explorer and move it from one subinstance to another; but could not find the chartbook in those subinstanaces (i was looking in Data folder under subinsintance - probably looking in the wrong place) Can you try to help me understand what i have done above and why it did or did not work. and also help me get the studies into the other subinstance Thank you |

Nope, once the instance has been created, it's a separate entity. Any chartbooks, studies, study collections, etc. have to be manually copied into the sub-instances any time you want them there. You would do this in Windows, not within Sierra.
