We have two separate installations of Sierrachart v2504 in their own folders for IB and Rithmic. They are not sharing data folders. have tried updating the symbol settings without custom symbol settings in each install main and subinstance. Each connects and trades through Sierrachart independently without issue. When running both installs simultaneously, each with it's own subinstances, the subinstances are connecting to the wrong trade service. 1. The subinstances from one install, connect to the other install through DTC. The other install's trade accounts then show in the Trade window, ie Rithmic account shows in IB install and IB account cannot be selected. 2. The Quoteboards from each trade service work fine in the main instance, but if running them in subinstances, only one at a time functions. 3. Closing the main instance of one trade service, disconnects the sub instances of the other trade service. From sub instance log of IB install, which is connecting to the Rithmic data. The problem is there is a port number conflict. Does the UDP port also need to be set different in each install?

Set the UDP port to 0. It is not needed.
