Missing 2 months of historical data even after resetting everything

I had stopped using Sierra for several weeks and had done to basic package 5 with no live data. I am now back and got package 11 and activated live denali CME data an hour ago, and I am loading my chartts and my intraday charts are all up to date, but my historical charts are missing a 2 month chunk of data and no matter what I do it does not load. I have tried: - Changing the port 80 setting - Closing and reopening Sierra - Translating data to current service - Reloading the ES June contract - Delete and redownload all data nothing is working. Any idea what it can be? Thank you |

Please go to that chart and make sure it is the active chart, then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
