Hello Support, please help to find out what happened to my account. I added real time index data for NASDAQ. I am running 2 instances. The main instance shows. Has an open position for that contract in the ACCOUNT MANAGER No GTC order for 1 NQU23 contract that has been in place for a couple of days. In the second instance it shows FLAT on the trade window with no working order or positions. I did not cancel any orders or close the position for the NQU23 contract. Some setting is off or possibly corrupted? It was set to the wrong Data Trade Service. Global Settings> Data Trade Service Settings was set to SC Data All Services (data) Just changed it to Teton CME Order Routing (trading) Now all three Trade Message Windows are showing the correct position & Orders & Trade Account Monitor Balance.
