MGC position disappeared from sierra chart, using interactive brokers connection

Hi, So as I've gone in and out of position on MGC the last couple of days, I noticed something was off, so I checked TWS and saw that I indeed still have an MGC position open that does not show up on my chart. I checked the trade positions window in Sierra, and the position shows up there. I am currently using GC (june expiry) chart with MGC as trade symbol. I also tested an MGC (june expiry) chart and do not see the position on the chart. Where else can I look to fix this problem? Thanks I've gone through this documentation page for explanations to the cause of that but haven't found a solution yet. Interactive Brokers Trading Service |

Additional info: I have a position open on MCL, with the same setup CL chart, MCL trade symbol, and that works without issue. I don't know what happened to MGC recently, it's all been working fine up until this point.

You need to look through your Trade Activity Log to figure out what is missing. It sounds like there may not have been a response to the opening of the position, so Sierra Chart did not know if the position existed for sure.
