Early morning data not showing

The new data coming in every morning starts only at 7am. I have "Use Evening Session" checked. The evening start time is 16:00:00 and the evening end time is 9:29:59. This has only been an issue since updating last week. How do I get data from before 7am showing on the charts?

@User472677, you mentioned that this happened after updating, what I would do first is to roll back to the previous version of Sierra Chart, see if this issue still exist, it could still exist if it is IB's data feed issue. I don't know what instrument you are trading and what time frame is on your chart, if it is an index future, your time setting is incorrect. (you could always check Futures Specs on CME web site)
