You are on a trial, and you can not get live data for Equities (or the CME Group, EUREX, and CFE) while you are on a trial. But, you do have access to the delayed streaming data, which acts like real-time data, but is delayed by 10-15 minutes and is free of charge. We highly recommend using this data while you are on trial in order to avoid having to pay the data fees. If you really want to have the real-time data, then we would need to change your account status to allow this. Let us know how you would like to proceed.
