Chart won't update to current live data

Hi,

I closed down my sierra chart on Thursday May 11 to go on vacation. I opened it back up this morning and my charts won't update anything (time bars, volume, depth) beyond that time to show current data. I haven't changed anything on my charts since that time, so trying to figure out what I need to do for it to load current data?

One of the issues is that you have not connected to your Live, Funded, Futures trading account in the past month to validate your "Non-Professional" standing. Your current "Verified Until" date is May 6, 2023.

Take care of the above issue and let us know if you continue to have a problem.
