Hello, I have setup my account through edgeclear/ironbeam but am unsure how to connect it on Sierra chart to verify it. Am I correct to set current selected service to Teton and clearing firm to ironbeam? With those settings when I try to connect to data feed I get a service connection error message “no trade accounts assigned”. So close to having this done, any help is appreciated. As info: I have connected to sc data-all services and historical data downloaded but when I switched to rithmic as trading I get the historical download skipped and blank charts. Is this bc my account is t verified? Thank you. |

When you opened an account with EdgeClear, you have 3 options for data feed: Rithmic, CQG and Teton. It seems that you chose Rithmic and you do not have Teton. You can always call EdgeClear to cancel your Rithmic and connect to Teton. Some setups need to be done by EdgeClear (not Sierra), you will give them your Sierra Chart login ID (NOT the password), once they correctly set it up, you will be able to connect to "Teton CME Order Routing" in Sierra Chart. What ever data feed you would choose, you need Denali to get historical data, and you don't need to switch between SC Data and Rithmic, |

What order routing service are you setup to use with Edge Clear? If it is the Teton Order Routing, then the message you are receiving means that Edge Clear has not finished the setup for your account. You will need to check with them on the status. I don’t think it’s setup yet. The ach hasn’t cleared yet. Edgeclear support said once they get the ach bank approved they’ll send me a link with login but they said that each step of the way. I did tell them I need Teton so I think I’m just waiting for the bank approval. Sorry if this isn’t clear but this process isn’t clear.

The instructions to setup the Teton Order Routing are here: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions You are at Step #4 and need to wait for your broker to finish the setup. Once they let you it is ready, then continue through the rest of the instructions.
