Only transfer configuration of control bar to second instance

I believe to copy the control bar settings to a second instance requires copying the Sierra config. If I do this, then also the chartbook configuration and what not is also transferred. Is there a way to just copy the control bar configuration to a second instance and no other settings, as I open different chartbooks in the second instance.

There is not a way to only copy the Control Bar settings. All of the global settings are contained within the Sierra4.config file, which also has the Control Bar settings.
