Global Settings vs. Chart Setting for: Graphics Settings

I have a Time and Sales chart connected to my DOM and I am not sure that the Graphics Settings I set in my DOM chart for the Time and Sales is not being overridden by the Time and Sales settings in the Global Setting; how do I insure that my T&S chart is using the Chart settings and not the Global Settings?

The control for whether the graphics settings are taken from the Chart specific settings or the Global Settings is the option on the Chart Specific Graphics Settings window for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings". If this is checked, then it is using the Global settings, and if it is unchecked, then it is using the Chart Graphics Settings.
