Hi, several problems: 1) If I connect to Teton order routing (with AMP - they should have me setup for teton) I receive no streaming data (I'm subscribed to Daneli). 2) If I connect to "SC Data all services" i receive streaming data but can't place orders. Can you please check on your end if you have what's wrong thanks |

Set your system to connect to your Teton Order Routing Service. Then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. If you are not getting the data, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
