Hi SC, I am testing a new strategy in which I am using 2 sim accounts. I sim account is for long only trades and the second sim only account is for short trades. the problem I have is that I will only get fills when I have selected either sim 1 or 2. In other words I cannot trade both of these accounts at the same time using limit orders for taking profit etc as I will only get fills for the sim account that is currently selected. Is there a way around this? In an unrelated question I am having problems getting my number bars to display on a chart of stocks from the NASDAQ total feed. It displays no problems when I select the ES futures but when I select the stocks I get nothing but a blank chart. Thanks for your help |

You need to use 2 separate charts. One for each simulated trading account. Regarding the other question: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
