So i just received my new live funded account. I have signed on and configured everything to my new account. My data has never been delayed while trading on a simulated evaluation account, why is it that now that I've been funded and now have a live account my data is now delayed. Denali is active on my account so what is the issue? I do understand the whole connecting a live funded account every month but that has never been an issue so why is it that now that I'm funded I'm having this issue!?

My program is with Uprofit who i believe will be using NinjaTrader for the firm and rithmic for routing. I did reach out to them on Friday as well and they are currently in the process of reprocessing my credentials so that they’re compatible with my platform (Sierra Chart). Hopefully they should have everything completed by this afternoon.

If you are connecting to Rithmic to a live trading account. Which would in this case be through Ninja Trader, then that should authorize the CME data. It depends upon the connection point.

When that is done, you will then need to activate the exchanges you need here:

Before you do, ask us so we can check if the CME data at nonprofessional prices would be authorized based upon the connection through Rithmic at the time.

Awesome, will do when they finish reprocessing my credentials. So they're only providing me with a Username, Password and Account Name; Which in the case of filling out the 'Uniform Subscriber Agreement' I need a Trading Account Number and Clearing Firm so that's the reason their reprocessing my credentials.

Prop firm accounts (like Uprofit) do not work to authorize the "Non-Professional" standing for the CME Group. If you have a separate live, funded, futures trading account with Ninja Trader, then you could connect to that account using CQG.
