Is there a function in ACSIL or a chart study that shows what the current average bidding and asking prices ae? Thanks

There is not a single study or function, but you can use the Bid and Ask Prices study to get the Bid and Ask Prices and then use any number of tools to get the average of these two subgraphs - such as the Study Subgraphs Average.
