You need to update to the latest release in order to get that data. Note that you will only get delayed data as you are on Package 3. If you want real-time data, then you will need to be one of the Integrated packages and then go through the instructions to get the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange. Yeah, but what has changed in SierraChart? I started getting the same error for trying to load intraday data, e.g. for H1 on some NASDAQ/NYSE symbol, BUT it works fine for historical data like D1. I remember it used to work without this error some days ago. I checked the General Settings -> Data files folder and I have it filled in with correct path. |

First thing you must do is update Sierra Chart to the current version. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update And then: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". I have this same issue, sc version 2586, using "SC Data - All Services" I can't download historical intrabday data for stock and getting the same error message |
