My market depth historical graph display looks a bit odd - should it be displaying such low numbers? Is this a setting I'm missing?

Your Market Depth Historical Graph is not displaying what you are expecting since you do not have the full Market Depth data. You only have 1 level of data. If you want to see all the Market Depth data, then you would need to have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth data. You can adjust your exchange options for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks, but my friend who also has the same feed has a different market depth display - his numbers and mine don't match. I can't figure out a reason for this.

Most likely your friend has an exchange enabled that includes the "Market Depth" data. Do they have data showing in the DOM for the Bids and Asks up and down, rather than just 1 level?

No, just 1 level as well.

Please give us a screenshot of both charts so we can see what you are referring to.
