I'm having the same issue as User143450 (Rithmic Connection For Apex - Green But No quotes) I've completed all the agreements, I have a live funded futures account with Ironbeam (which I did the setup for months ago), and I've looked through all of these: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions This issue just started yesterday. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks! |

I just resubmitted the agreement showing that I have an Ironbeam account as well.

It was an issue with having 2 systems. I set the number of systems to 2 and now i'm getting live quotes. Thank you, please disregard |
