Depth of market data freezing

Sierra freezes many times while depth data is loading. I use depth data on 6 charts and load for last 60 days. What recommendations do you have to fix this? Can changing the compression method help? |

If the market depth data is being downloaded from the remote server, then close the Chartbook until it finishes. That is the best thing to do. It also happens when the data loading is complete and Sierra is disconnected.

Whether Sierra Chart is connected to the data feed or not is not relevant. Maybe there is some other kind of drawing performance issue. It is not clear from our perspective.
