[Locked] - connection between 2 different charts - the big issue i have with your program

as in any broker i can get all the data i need from 1 chart (volume data+level2 data) ... in sierra chart i must use from 2 charts. for example: for tesla stock(in sierra charts): for volume data i must use TSLA chart graph and for level 2 data i must TSLA-NQTV chart graph . (in my broker i got all the data from TSLA chart graph) . in sierra there is studies which i canot connect correctly between them (like "large volume", and market depth historical graph), and if i can( and it complex with all the formulas, and ref charts), there is latency. and last one is that i need in trade day to look on both chrts which is hard. ... when it will be possible to get all data i need from one chart as i take from my broker ? why cant u take TSLA chart graph and implant in it the TSLA-NQTV level 2 data? can u? regards. What you are looking for is specialized and we are going to have a new data feed which combines NASDAQ TotalView for market depth and the US Equities Consolidated Tape into one feed. We expect this would be available in about 60 days or so. Maybe a little longer. Maybe sooner. We will have to see. But you will have to pay two exchange fees. i start to check _MBO graph... for now i have one problem, i'm checking the market depth and it looks fine, but when i put "market depth historical graph" study, i can't display it in the other hand, i can see it in TSLA-NQTV (as i see it always). for comparison, in the uploaded pic u can see the differnt between those 2 graph ( i just duplicate #11 tsla-nqtv, to #3,and change it to TSLA_MBO) ... what is the problem? can u fix it ? regards |

i did the update. still can't download historical data (TSLA_MBO) and get the same error.... when i change to other chart (TSLA), the download of the chart is fine. what is the problem now? regards |

Please change the symbol so that the "mbo" is capitalized, so the entire symbol then reads as "TSLA_MBO". Let us know if this resolves your issue or not.
