AAPL Stock Split Question

Using Sierra histocial data and it shows the split took place on 5/30 but split actually takes place 6/9. Why is it showing up as 5/30, and the best way to adjust this is use the adjust data feature right? Will this also update indicator studies for example averge true range?

Are you referring to a Historical Daily or Intraday chart?


Scroll the chart to where you see the stock split and then post an an image of the chart by following these instructions here:

You can adjust the data with Edit >> Adjust Data. When chart data is adjusted, all of the studies will be recalculated.

Related question, why is stock split not normalized to 7:1 historically. There is a big gap from the 500$ area to the $70's post split. Impossible to do historical daily pattern charting this way.

I am using SC Historical Data as data source.

thanks! I thought the chart context menu's Delete and Download data did same as Edit-> Delete All Data and Download. Its now fixed using Edit way!
