pic attached. This new data feed is wonky. Stock does 20mill in volume. Scanners, think or swim all telling the same story... Daily candle even in sierra showing it Daily number bars is nowhere close. What is the deal here? ive noticed this for most stocks now on new feed. Can you help clarify whats going on? abd yes session times etc are totally fine, very experienced user. Its very important to know what you are receiving is correct and i'm at a loss now. The prev stock feed was perfect. If its something on my end please let me know but every running ticker im experiencing the same issue on comparison. Thanks in advance |

Also , what's happened to $INX Sp indicies now that its been cancelled? I've been trying to find the replacement but cannot find the correct symbol now. I see SPX {$INX} has been cancelled this is soooooo disappointing huge loss. There's no way to get this back I'm assuming? Ive done everything, new build, updated Symbol settings, activated correct exchange, everything thats been outlined to do so if i've missed something please correct me , me and a whole bunch of my team are trying to figure out whats wrong. Thanks! |

What we see in the screenshots you have posted is that you are using NASDAQ TotalView symbols which will have lower volume. Open a new chart for GDC or any other symbol. No need to use any suffix with them. Let us know if you have a further issue. Regarding the cash S&P 500 index, if what is offered through NASDAQ global indexes is not suitable, then you could use the SPX500 symbol but that is a CFD.
