DOM not showing resting orders on buy and sell column

Hello, the resting sell/buy orders on my DOM do not show. The only thing that shows is the current price orders. However, I would like to see the resting orders as well for the buy and sell columns. Is there any way to show that? I recently upgraded to package 12 and so I'm still figuring out the settings but I don't see anything to help show them. I'm strictly trading ES and micro-ES. Thank you |

The main issue is that you are not setup for data with Market Depth. You can change your exchange selection at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you just want Market Depth data for ES and Micro ES, then we would recommend adding the CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional accounts for $11.50 per month. And keeping the exchange you already have active. This will give you access to all the data for the CME Group without Market Depth, and give you the Market Depth data for any item traded on the CME exchange. Once you have that corrected, then make sure you have the proper columns displayed.
